Chocolate Chia Pudding
This is a super healthy dish that can eaten as a dessert or as breakfast. It’s loaded with benefits of the mighty chia seeds and cacao powder.
- Milk – 1 1/2 cups
- Soaked Chia seeds – 1/3 cup
- Cacao powder – 1/4 cup
- Dates or maple syrup – 2-5 tbsp.
- Sea Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer into a bowl and refrigerate it for 4- 5 hours. Overnight for best results.
Serve chilled with chopped apples, banana or whipped cream.
Hot Cacao Drink
- Cacao powder – 2 tbsps.
- Hot water – 16 ounces
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Milk (coconut, regular and almond)
- Marshmallows – as per your taste
Spoon the cacao powder into your cup. Add a couple of tablespoons of hot water to make a chocolate sauce. To this add the sweeteners and the milk and stir till it becomes smooth. Top it with marshmallows and sip before going to bed.
Cacao Peanut Butter And Banana Smoothie
- Cacao nibs – 2 tbsps.
- Cacao powder – 1 tbsps.
- Milk – 1 cup
- Banana – 1 large sliced
- Ice – 1 cup
- Peanut Butter – 2 tbsps.
- vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp
- Maple syrup/honey – as per your taste.
In a blender add all the ingredients other than cacao nibs, and blend it into a smooth paste. Add maple syrup or honey as a sweetener.
Transfer this to a serving bowl and top it with cacao nibs and sliced bananas or any other fruits.
